Please read these instructions carefully: 

1. Please read the terms and conditions stated below.

2. Click the green "Download" button on the left side if you have read the Terms and Conditions and agree with them.
3. Type in the password provided in the email. 
4. After the download has finished, open the .zip file.
5. Open "Password.txt" and copy the password indicated there.
6. Open the pdf file and paste the password in the box to unlock it.
